My Process for Working with Organizations
I coach and train corporate leaders who want to have more positive impact within their organizations by creating more psychological safety. Psychological safety has been shown to be the #1 factor in creating high-performing teams and organizations that maximize innovation.
I’ll meet with the designated sponsor of the coaching or training — usually someone in HR or another senior leader. We will discuss what your organization is experiencing — strained relationships, low morale, high turnover, stagnant growth, negative customer outcomes, etc. Then, we will look at what you want to accomplish. After that, we will explore the gap between what you want and what you’ve got. Based on your company’s situation, I will suggest different areas to explore. Together, we will then create a plan and determine how we will tell that our work together is successful.
